A spacious Mediterranean-style villa was built in the bay of Palma, 30 m above the water. The filigree solid wood grilles of the cabinet doors and room doors were custom-made by KOLAR according to the specifications of the Bau + Art joinery. The interior design for the Mediterranean climate also presents exciting challenges in terms of construction. Tolerances must be observed for all joints, the wooden surfaces were not painted due to the extremely high humidity, but rather oiled and all cladding was well ventilated.
