Wooden mouldings - additional services

In case of customer-specific solutions, such as standard stock profiles in other types of wood or special profiles, an over-delivery of 10% and an under-delivery of 5% are possible. The price and delivery time for our additional wooden moulding services are available on request.

Cut to size

Cut to size

Our on-stock mouldings are running meter goods in lengths between 180 and 305 cm. Spruce mouldings can be up to 400 cm long. Approx. 15% per bundle can be short lengths.

Surcharge for required length, approximate length, resp. multiple lengths (tolerance -0/+100mm): +15%;  spruce: +25%,

Surcharge for fixed lengths (tolerance -0/+1mm): +25%;  spruce: +30%,

Surcharges are for a purchase of the defined VPM (packaging quantity) = 1 bundle, larger quantities on request.

 
Surface treatment: Lacquer / Oil

On request, we can paint or oil your mouldings (1 to 3-sided painting possible).
 
Standard paint: water-based paint or DD paint, depending on the profile and quantity. The minimum order quantity is 1 bundle (30 or 50 running meters). Delivery time 10 working days.

Our standard colors for stains are: beech on walnut
RAL paint: white 9010, gray 7000, black 9005
 
Other stain / color painting from 50m on request.
 
Service fee of € 15 for samples applies to standard and special colors.

Special timbers

If you are interested in standard profiles in special timbers you can calculate with the following guidelines (basis=price steamed beech) / other timbers on request:

spruce + 0-10 % birch + 30%      alder + 30%  
larch + 40%   ash + 50% maple + 70%
oak +90% cherry + 100% walnut +120%
