A room humidity of 45% to 65% at around 20 ° C room temperature is ideal for storing, processing and using our panels. Keep the panels in the foil packaging until processing, the foil is a protection against gross fluctuations in humidity.

Every connection of our panels is point-glued with D3 glue. This gluing is heat-resistant.

Caution: Water-soluble surface materials can cause the individual panels to swell and therefore temporarily overstress the panel. Avoid hitting the panel or overstretching it when handling!
Surface treatment is possible with conventional lacquer. When painting, please note that not only the visible but also the back should be painted.
Cutting: When cutting the panel, please make sure that it is in contact with the top and bottom (avoid “flapping” the panel).
Over-lapped trellis: slight joints cannot always be avoided.

Our ventilation grilles are for recessed mounting. Since they are ground as the last step, a tolerance of +/-2mm must be taken into account. We therefore recommend that you only make the cut-out when you already have our ventilation grille in-house in order to determine the actual size (rebate).

dukta flexible wood is suitable for use in interior design.

The panel can be cut to size and drilled with standard tools for wood. Use new or well sharpened tools. High cutting speeds and fast cutting sequences should be avoided.

Due to the multitude of possible uses, there are also several options for mounting. You can find an example describing a corrugated wall mounting here.

STEPWOOD® is suitable for use in interior design. STEPWOOD® panels can be processed, cut, milled, drilled and sanded with standard tools for wood. Use new or well sharpened tools. High cutting speeds and fast cutting sequences should be avoided.

When fixing, the substrate must be dry and sufficiently stable. Use the appropriate assembly material for the assembly.

Please find detailed assembly instructions with pictures here.

Skirting boards are measured and cut if necessary, for example with a miter saw.

There are various options for attaching the mouldings. Most often, skirting boards are attached to carpets, parquet or laminate with small steel pins or dowels and screws. The disadvantage: nails break easily with hard plaster or masonry and quickly damage the moulding. Dowelling, on the other hand, is relatively complex and usually associated with a lot of dirt.

Gluing skirting boards is more advantageous. This can be done quickly, cleanly and without the use of tools. Every do-it-yourselfer can lay skirting boards without any technical training.
