Our offer
KOLAR offers turned and milled parts made of solid wood from small parts to complete toys
in series. Possible product diameters are 5 mm to 450 mm, in lengths 5 mm to 1800 mm, milled
parts max. 900 2600 mm. Standard in the wood types beech, oak, walnut, maple, ash, cherry,
spruce and pine. Other types of wood possible on request.
The minimum order quantity is:
50 pieces for parts from 200mm (longest side)
100 pieces for parts up to 200mm (longest side)
As a supplementary surface treatment, we offer a varnishing in high gloss, oils or waxes.
Additional services: logo engraving/lasering, individual packaging in sales boxes including all
available types of labels, including scratch-off and multi-layer stickers, EAN codes, instructions
for use, booklets. We can offer tailor-made packaging from a small quantity of 100 pieces.
Stair components such as spindles, columns/posts, cover caps, rods
And KOLAR offers the matching handrails - round rods as well as profiled handrails - in
various wood types.
