A newly renovated luxury apartment complex near the Viennese vineyards in Vienna 19 (Pfarrwiesengasse) includes apart from residential units its own spa and fitness area as well as an outdoor swimming pool.
Other special features are the in-house cinema, which can be reserved directly from the apartments via touch-screens, as well as the wine cellar of the facility with attached tasting room.

For the equipment of the cinema, we supplied 13 plates dukta® Linar in MDF light gray including acoustic fleece. The metal rail DU.ML40 was installed, in the substructure a broadband compact absorber was used.
