Order & Delivery

Are you a carpenter / in a trade (metal worker, interior decorator, etc)? Generally, we sell our products through our retail partners.
 
For our customers from trade, our internal and external sales team is available to take care of your concerns. Please send your initial inquiry to iveta.wenger@kolar.at
 
Our retail sales team in Brunn am Gebirge is available for private customers. You are also welcome to shop online at www.leistenshop.at (delivery within Austria, Germany).
 



How quickly you receive your products, depends on a number of factors.

Is it a stock item or a special order? We have most of the products in stock. The average shipping time (consignment and packing) is 1-2 days. The transport time depends on the place of delivery and the shipping method (standard or express).

If it is a special commission or custom-made, production will take longer. Here we provide delivery time information on request. In the case of special commissions or custom-made products, the production and delivery times generally begin with the receipt of payment.

Important: Delivery is always from Monday to Friday.

Please note that during the company holiday (1-2 weeks in winter and summer) email inquiries cannot be answered and orders cannot be sent. For orders that are received during our company holiday or whose production relates to the time of our company holiday, the delivery time is automatically extended by the duration of the company holiday.

By prior arrangement, you can also collect your order directly from our site in Brunn / Gebirge (A-2345). Mon-Thu 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Fri 7 a.m.-12 p.m. Please select this option when placing your order.
